Is Mendli free?
Yes. All basic chats (text and voice) are completely free. You can optionally send small tips to thank your listener or upgrade to Premium Listener for faster matching.
What topics can I talk about?
You can talk about anything on your mind — loneliness, anxiety, sadness, breakups, stress, family problems, feeling lost, or just needing someone to listen. All conversations are judgment-free.

Tap the Report button inside any chat. Our team reviews every report and takes quick action, which may include warning or banning the user.
Is this professional therapy?
No. Mendli connects you with peer listeners, not licensed therapists or counselors. We do not provide medical advice or professional mental health treatment.
How do tips and Premium Listener work?
Tips are a way to show appreciation to your listener. Premium Listeners pay a small monthly fee to get priority matching and help more people. A portion of these fees helps keep Mendli running and rewards active listeners.
